California Business and Professional Code Section 805 Reports
If your staff privileges are suspended, revoked, or your application for recredentialing is denied for a medical disciplinary cause or reason, your medical facility will undertake an in-depth analysis of your actions that could lead to the filing of an 805 report with the relevant licensing agency. This can be a permanent black mark on your record and in most cases will affect your insurance rates and eligibility to continue practicing.
The peer review system allows you to make a supplemental report and to file for a stay in actions regarding your privileges, licensure, and credentials. At the Law Offices of William P. Lucke, we have the specific knowledge and experience to guide you through this process.
If you are facing investigation by a license board or hospital peer review process, contact the Law Offices of William P. Lucke for strong and effective representation.
